Information for Delawareans ages 65 and over
Delaware is moving into Phase 1b of its COVID-19 vaccination plan.
Beginning today, Delawareans over the age of 65 may register for a vaccination waiting list at de.gov/covidvaccine. Joining the waiting list means you will receive an invite to a future vaccination clinic.
Large POD-style clinics for Phase 1B will begin this weekend at the Delaware DMV and Georgetown DMV (by appointment only).
Please be patient as there are 186,000 Delawareans over the age of 65. Access will depend on supply.
DDOE will share information later this week on future educator-, school staff- and child care provider-specific vaccine sites, but those 65 and older are encouraged to take advantage of the state opportunities now.
Additional information and regular updates will be posted to DDOE's COVID-19 vaccination site: de.gov/k12vaccine.
