She was nominated for this award by her peers in (DASEP). Dr. DiGirolamo joined the Seaford School District in 2015. She has served as the Director of Special Education her entire time at “The Nest” and added the title of Assistant Superintendent in January of 2020. She has worked as a teacher or administrator in Indian River, Polytech and Worcester County (MD). She received her Doctorate from the University of Delaware
