Mr. Wagner is a vital part of Blades Elementary School. He is a leader with the staff and a kind listener to the students. Mr. Wagner is knowledgeable about students’ emotional needs and has the resources to assist families when necessary. Mr. Wagner develops a schoolwide schedule supporting teachers in their Morning Meetings that allow all students to learn about and understand their emotions as well as appropriate strategies to express their feelings and treat others. Mr. Wagner is a lead counselor for the Seaford School District. He mentors counselors from other schools within the district providing support and promoting collaboration across the district for the group. Mr. Wagner is an absolute asset to all of our students, families and staff at Blades.
